I have just been trying to stay on the treadmill for an hour. I can usually do the first three in about 24 minutes but then I start to slow down for a bit, then make up for it by going faster, and then slowing down again.. So by the time I hit 7 miles its pretty close to an hour. I think next time when I try to slow down I will just try to be a little less slow and even it out a little?
